Dorota Jaworska - HR & PR Director

The editor-in-chief of the company newsletter, a co-author of numerous motivational programmes and projects for over 400 employees (health promotion, company open days, training sessions, a box of ideas - the development of innovativeness among the employees) and projects for the local community (“Clean Environment Every Day” - an ecological educational project in the Krapkowice Commune, “A Strong MT League” - a loyalty and sports programme for Customers and the Sales Department).

Szymon Kalista - IT Director

The beginnings of his work in the IT industry fall on 2003. Since then, he has dealt with www site and interactive system designing, multi-media projects, the provision of interactive services, designing and implementing systems and tools necessary to provide the Internet information about services, e-marketing and positioning websites in search engines.

He graduated from Bachelor full-time studies in the IT Department in Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu w Nowym Sączu. He gained professional experience, among others, in: Kraków advertising agency „Brawo” Sp. z o.o. Kraków, DAM-WID Wrocław advertising agency, "Virtual Solution" Gierałcice consulting company, PROFISYS Systemy Informatyczne Opole, Benhauer - Marketing Technologies Kraków.

He also specializes in PHP programming, server management, preparing Internet marketing strategies, SEO, SEM. Moreover, he deals with hardware repairs, assembling computer sets, creating computer networks, implementing the CMS IT systems and e-commerce. Communicative in English, good command of Russian.

Anna Żurek - Trade Marketing Manager

Focused on development and improving her skills. In 2008 she obtained her Bachelor degree in Humanistic Studies and International Relations at the Oslo University, Norway, and in 2009, the Bachelor degree at the Polish Philology and Social Communication Department at the Wrocław University. 2011 marked her Master thesis defence at the Department of Economic Sciences, Wrcoław University of Economics, major: International Economic Relations, specialization: International Business, the subject of her thesis: Economic Relations of Russia, Ukraine and Bielarus with the European Union, with the Special Consideration to Poland. At the same year, she also completed her education at the Leaon University in Spain - the Department of Economic Sciences, major: Business and Marketing in the International Economy.

She gained professional experience in marketing in numerous companies, starting with Telewizja Polska S.A. in Opole, Opolska Wojewódzka Komenda Ochotniczych Hufców Pracy, Get Sp. z o.o., Metsä Tissue S.A., Krajowy Rejestr Długów (National Debt Register) BIG SA we Wrocławiu, A. Karbownik Logistics Sp.J. Wrocław, SICA – Sistemas de Computación y Automática General S.A. in Spain. Strong relations with the student environement, since 2010 an AIESEC member, and in the years 2007 - 2008, a Polish teacher and Assistant Professor in Oslo, Norway. Aleksandra Comi - Legal Department Manager

Legal education. She started her professional experience from the internship in the Legal Department of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in 2007. Since 2008 she has been working for Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Kalwas i Wspólnicy in Warsaw.

In the meantime, she also served the internship in a Portuguese legal bureau Lebre Sa Carvalho & Associados in Lisbon (2009-2010) and in a British legal firm Claim Today Solicitors Ltd. in London (2011). In 2009, within the framework of the Socrates- Erasmus programme, she studied at the Legal Department of Universidade de Humanidades e Technológias in Lisbon.

She graduated from: Łazarski University in Warsaw, the Department of Law and Administration, major: law (2005 - 2010 Łazarski University in Warsaw, post-graduate studies in court law for trainee advocates (2010 -2011).
